Norcross RB Myles Autry caps off group of 21 signees for Yellow Jackets

ATLANTA – Georgia Tech has received a late boost to its 2014 recruiting class with the signing of running back Myles Autry.

Autry, a local standout from Norcross High School, chose the Yellow Jackets over four other schools and will play alongside his older brother, receiver Anthony Autry.

Of the 21 players who signed national letters of intent with Georgia Tech on Wednesday, coach Paul Johnson says six could fit at multiple positions.

Myles Autry, Qua Searcy, Clinton Lynch, CJ Leggett and twin brothers Lance and Lawrence Austin will get a chance to compete for more than one job.

Coming off a 7-6 season, Georgia Tech signed six offensive linemen and four defensive backs to bolster its depth at those positions.

Four signees enrolled as freshmen last month.
